Caernarfonshire riding club was well represented at the Area 20 BRC HT on Saturday the 13th July 2024 at Llanermynech with five riders. Sarah Tewson-Welsby gave us all a demonstration of a well developed relationship with her horse and performed brilliantly coming 7th in the 100cm class. Catrin Plumpton Riding Polly was pleased with her clear rounds jumping on her first XC and ODE coming 4th in a Big 80cm section. Gweno Williams showed her youth and fitness riding two horses in the 70cm section thoroughly enjoying herself and learning lots with her young horses. Anna Budesha competed in the 70cm with her stunning young horse Hope. She did a smashing dressage and jumping and took home lots of positives as well as some homework. Claire Wilson competed in the 70cm section with her inexperienced horse Jinx. After a poor dressage we improved through the day to storm the XC finishing 10th. Everyone kept smiling and a sense of humor throughout. Thanks is extended to Sylvia Cheeseman for getting the ball rolling and help with the entries. The biggest thanks of the day was to our amazing helpers without them none of us could compete.
